:: too Long Toasty Socks

oooh, Happy Toes!
Happy dancing toes!
Happy, Dancing, Toasty Toes!
My perfectionist brat has a hard time with my Super Bulky Super Warm slippers. “They. Are. Not. Perfect.”(1) “I don’t care they are toasty warm. “They. Are. Not. Perfect.” (Stomp) “I don’t care they are warm, and they are finished!” “They. Are. Not. Perfect.” (Stomp) (Big Pout) “I don’t care they are warm, and they are finished, both at the same time AND they are my favourite colours! There, the favourite colour point always subdues my perfectionist, but not without a, “Hummph” and a (Stomp), and a (Big Pout!)...
The slippers knit up very quickly with the super bulky yarn. I used White Buffalo Yarn, found at a thrift store, and size 9mm circular needles. And here is the direct link to the free pattern I used for my slipper socks Super-Bulky-Weight Magic Loop Sock Pattern - Toe-Up or Top-Down. (Love the name she gave them!)
I won't tell you how long I struggled in the attempt to get the precise yarn colour on these sock pictures... okay, I will! AGES! The graphics world seems to hate orange. I thought I had accepted the results until I loaded the page the next day... and failed to see Burnt Orange colours...
Wishing you love and happy dancing day,
Zuzia,
1. Nope, not perfect by a long shot. Somehow I finished them off inches longer than my foot.
Stay Calm, Be Brave, Dance Happy! With love,
